Frequently asked questions.

Where are you based? Do you travel?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia (South East suburbs) but we love to travel. We have been blessed to work in many locations around Australia. We want to make sure it is an affordable and easy experience for you so we’re more than happy to discuss and send through a customised quote if travel/accomodation is required before locking in the date.

How are you different? What is your style?
To put simply modern romantic and uplifting fun. All our films involve storytelling and represents your personality of the wedding day. We aim to represent the video in the eyes of a guest and to ultimately capture the most candid and memorable moments of the day.

Can we meet prior to booking you?
Absolutely I am flexible! In fact I always suggest either have a chat over the phone, video call over facetime/zoom or if you prefer a catch up over coffee to get to know each other. It is very important to me to ensure that you have made the right choice with who you decide to go with to film your wedding day.

What is your booking process?
After our initial contact, once you have decided on which package you would like we will organise a contract/invoice for you to read and sign. During this process a $800 deposit is required to lock in your date, once all is processed we will send you an offical booking confirmation to your email. Sit back relax and we will take care of the rest!

How long does it take to receive our films?
Our turnaround time is about 8-14weeks from the wedding day. This include both the highlight and full feature film.

How can we be assured you our wedding files will be kept safe?
I am a big believer in multiple back ups. The moment I complete a wedding, your files are backed up immediately on multiple hard drives. Specifically our cameras we use have a dual SD card slots this means we always have a double backup of your files.

Can we pick the music for our films?
We work together with our couples to curate the best matching music to your wedding films. Music is a very large part of the creative process and we have a huge range of premium royalty free licensed music that we use for our to create artistic and emotional driven wedding films.

How many shooters do I need?

My preference is to shoot solo, as I like to ensure quality and consistency standards are always met. However, a second shooter is required when the timings on the day is difficult to be met, typically this is when I usually recommend an associate shooter.

Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we do, this includes public and personal products covered.

Im not comfortable in front of the camera will this be an issue ?
There will be nothing to worry about on the day, we work alongside our couples to provide the best possible outcome for the day. We like to mix it up, some soft directing and natural poses to instil fun in the process of our shoots.

What if it rains?

There is absolutely nothing to worry at all. We will use clear umbrellas or manage the situation by finding the perfect undercover areas. As long as you’re happy to roll with the punches then we are too! Some of the best films are shot during the rain.

Do you charge any travel fees?

There may be a charge for rural areas within Victoria.

What is your philosophy?

I understand the process of getting married and planning a wedding.
My main focus is all about the experience for my couples.
